Upgrade or replace your car registration plate with our DVLA-approved number plates. These plates are road-legal and affordable.
- Oblong Plates (standard car size) measure 20.5×4.4 inches
- Number plates will be printed with the same spacing you provide us
Required Documents
To purchase a plate, please email one proof of identity and one proof of entitlement:
Note: Digital-only documents are not accepted. Printed or emailed copies required.
1) Proof of Identity
- Driving licence
- Bank/Building Society statement (issued within the last 6 months)
- Current utility, telephone or Council Tax bill (issued within the last 6 months)
- Passport
- National ID card issued by a government outside the UK
- Debit or credit card (bank/building society issued)
- Police warrant card
- Armed forces identity card
Reminder: your identity document must show your name and address.
2) Proof of Entitlement
- Vehicle Registration Certificate (V5C) — red version only (not the old blue V5)
- Tear-off slip (V5C/2) (from V5C section 10)
- Certificate of entitlement to a mark (V750)
- Cherished Transfer Retention Certificate (V778)
- Vehicle Licence Renewal (V11)
- Temporary Registration Certificate (V379)
- Authorisation Certificate (V948) with official DVLA stamp, or printed eV948 hard copy
We can’t accept forms shown only on a phone — please bring a printed copy, or email these copies to us.
- Letter of authorisation from Fleet Operators (incl. lease/hire companies) — must quote the V5C document reference number
Sometimes a third document is needed: if your two documents don’t show your address please supply an additional listed document that does.
