Free Delivery: Free delivery on orders over £175 applies to UK mainland addresses only. Due to additional postage charges, free delivery is not available for non-UK mainland addresses such as Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, offshore islands, and the Scottish Highlands. Postage rates will be shown at checkout when the delivery location is selected. Some very large items can only be sent to UK mainland locations.
Despatch and Delivery: Orders are despatched between Monday and Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). We aim to despatch orders on the same day if placed before 12pm on weekdays. However, during peak times, we cannot guarantee same-day despatch unless an express postage option is selected.
Availability and Estimated Delivery Times: We strive to ensure the availability of all advertised products and aim to despatch orders within the quoted time. If there is a delay, we will inform you via email, and the product will be despatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately. Delivery times are estimated based on the selected courier service. We will despatch the goods on the service selected but cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered later than the estimated dates shown.
